On 12-19-20, about 1:23am, Deputies with the Delta County Sheriff’s Office responded to M-35 near No-See-Um Creek (about 7.5 miles south of Escanaba) for a suspicious male subject in a driveway.
While checking the area, Deputies observed a vehicle that was unoccupied near Ford River. After contacting the owner, it was determined the vehicle had just been stolen. The male subject from the original call has not been located. Footprints were found going up the driveways of several residences.
The Delta County Sheriff’s Office is asking for any residents owning security cameras in the area of M-35, south of Escanaba, please check them for suspicious people.
