Public Health, Delta & Menominee Counties (PHDM) will have COVID-19 vaccine for the upcoming appointments scheduled next week on:
- Monday, January 18th
- Tuesday, January 19th
- Thursday, January 21st
- Friday, January 22nd
If you have an appointment scheduled for one of the dates listed above, please come to your appointment at the Joseph Heirman University Center at Bay College. You do not need to call and verify your appointment. Please do not show up to your appointment early, remember to wear a mask and bring identification to verify your date of birth and county of residence.
PHDM is awaiting notification from the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services if an additional allocation of vaccine will be allotted to us to cover clinics scheduled on:
- Monday, January 25th
- Tuesday January 26th
- Thursday, January 28th
Once PHDM is aware of vaccine availability we will issue further information. Please visit our website at www.phdm.org for information.
Delta and Menominee county residents over the age of 65 can call 2-1-1 to be put on the waitlist to receive a COVID-19 vaccine. As PHDM receives confirmation of vaccine allotments, you will be called and scheduled for an appointment.
