Public Health, Delta & Menominee Counties (PHDM) is scheduling COVID-19 vaccination appointments for any individual age 18 and older who lives or works in Delta or Menominee Counties. Upcoming clinics include April 5th and April 14th at the Joseph Heirman University Center at Bay College, Escanaba; and April 7th and April 13th at the Pullman House / Whistle Stop Restaurant in Menominee. Those who schedule an appointment with PHDM will be receiving the Moderna vaccine, and will be given a second shot appointment four weeks after receiving the first dose.
Appointments will continue to be available online as clinics are scheduled. A link to the online scheduler is available on the PHDM website, www.phdm.org and on our Facebook page, www.Facebook.com/4phdm. Individuals who are unable to schedule an appointment online can call (906) 786-4111 for appointments in Escanaba, or (906) 863-4451 for assistance to schedule their appointment in Menominee.
