Superior Alliance for Independent Living (SAIL) would like to announce the upcoming U.P. Vets Served Annual Stars & Stripes Family Campout July 23-25, 2021, at AMVET Post 122 in Ishpeming.
Did you know that SAIL has a health and wellness program developed specifically for veterans and military families called U.P. Vets Served? Local veterans and SAIL staff collaborate to plan, organize, and run events in community settings across the U.P. The program creates opportunities for camaraderie in a welcoming and engaging environment which allows all veterans and their families to share experiences and build relationships.
There are still spots available for the Annual Stars & Stripes Family Campout July 23-25, 2021, at AMVET Post 122 in Ishpeming. The camping weekend offers fun for the entire family including fishing, arts and crafts, games, and educational and wellness activities and presentations. The camping location, all activities, and meals are provided at no cost to the participants.
