The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services on Wednesday announced 2,364 new positive coronavirus test results and 41 new COVID-related deaths.
State officials also went through old death certificates and matched them to previous positive tests. They added ten deaths to the statewide total.
Here in the Upper Peninsula, there were 77 new cases reported on Wednesday, with the most coming in Marquette County with 22. There were 12 new positive tests in Delta County and eight in Dickinson County. New deaths were reported in Baraga and Chippewa Counties
