The Dickinson Area Chamber of Commerce added another new member: Ann Schroeder, Financial Advisor with Edward Jones.
Located at 729 Main Street in Norway, Ann’s stated purpose is, “to help others, both clients and colleagues, to see that we can give financial help with honesty, integrity and a commitment to clients achieving their goals, collaborating to help solve their financial puzzles, giving peace of mind for their financial future.”
Ann is the women’s inclusion leader in her region, seeking to add more women in the financial services industry. She has been with Edward Jones for 20 years, having practiced in Ohio for the first 18 years, the last several traveling back and forth from Ohio to Dickinson County. Ann built a home with her husband, Henry, in Felch, a few years ago. She spent summers as a child and teenager with her aunt, uncle and cousins in Lac Du Flambeau, WI. She always knew she would eventually have a place in the north.
Ann recently relocated her business from Ohio to Norway, MI because she has always liked the area, desiring to fill an unmet need in the community.
Ann’s husband is very involved as a volunteer with the VA hospital in Iron Mountain. Together, they love to fish and hike and relax in their cabin on the lake.
