The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) is investing about $61,000 to repair damage from a high-load hit on the Charles Moran Road bridge over I-75 in Mackinac County.
Work is scheduled to start on Monday. June 12, and it should be done by the end of June.
One lane of northbound I-75 will be closed. A lane width restriction of 11 feet will be in place during the project.
This work will extend the service life of the existing bridge to maintain a safe roadway for all users.
