It’s a cigarette butt recycle buy-back event, which will pay you cash based on how many cigarette butts you are able to find. It starts at the Superior WaterShed Partnership Climate Office at 519 Lakeshore Blvd (across from McCarty’s Cove, next to the Depot);
It starts at 9:00 Thursday morning and will continue until all of the money is gone, based on:
Gallon: $25
3 Quarts: $20
2 Quarts: $15
1 Quart : $10
3 Cups: $ 7.00
2 Cups: $ 5.00
1 Cup: $ 2.00
Limit: $100 per person or per group
In order to be paid, all cigarette butts must be DRY and not contaminated with garbage.
