Fire destroyed the Nahma Resort early Thursday.
The big blaze drew multiple Delta County fire departments to the small town on Big Bay de Noc. It also prompted a boil water advisory as pressure dropped in Nahma’s water system, according to water operator Holly Thompson. The fire appears to have started late Wednesday night. No cause has yet been determined and there were no injuries.
