We invite eligible organizations to apply for grants during our Summer Grant Cycle. Applications will be accepted online at mmacf.org/grants from July 15 until noon on July 29. Eligibility guidelines are noted on the website.
Grants are available from the following endowed Funds held at the Foundation:
The Youth Field of Interest Fund accepts applications for projects and programs which improve the quality of life for area youth by implementing and promoting social, educational, and recreational programs.
The Community Foundation established the Youth Field of Interest Endowment in 1999. Since then, the Foundation has awarded nearly $500,000 from this Fund to support youth programming across Marinette and Menominee Counties. The Youth Advisory Committee (YAC), comprised of students aged 12 – 21, reviews grant applications and make determinations on awards to be given. YAC members participate in community service projects, attend workshops with like-minded youth, and may be elected to the Foundation’s Board of Directors with full voting rights and responsibilities.
