Prolonged period of light to moderate snow expected. Snow will become lighter after midnight tonight through Tuesday morning before becoming heavier Tuesday afternoon and evening.
For tonight, 2 to 4 inches of snow expected. Locally higher amounts of 5 to 8 inches expected in the higher terrain west of Marquette. For Tuesday and Tuesday night, an additional 2 to 7 inches expected with locally higher amounts up to 10 inches in the higher terrain west of Marquette.
Periods of difficult travel is expected with impacts to evening and morning commutes tonight through Wednesday morning. Patchy blowing snow could reduce visibility.
