The Delta County Prosecutor’s office says it’s not responsible for a drug suspect being released without cash bond after his arraignment this week. 35-year-old Corey Allen Racine faces meth charges following a traffic stop Saturday in Delta County.
Prosecutor Lauren Wickman says Racine was released on his own recognizance Tuesday morning over her “strenuous objections.” 40-year-old Jenny Lynn Donahue also faces meth charges after a separate traffic stop on Saturday, and cash bond was imposed in her case. Both suspects are from Gwinn. The details of their arrests in Gladstone are posted below.
