On 9/15/2026 at approximately 2:17pm Chocolay Township Police were called to the scene of a two-car accident that occurred at the intersection of US 41 and M-28.
A northbound vehicle turned left on to Cherry Creek striking a southbound vehicle. One male was transported to UPHS for non-life-threatening injuries. The accident remains under investigation. Chocolay Township Police were assisted by Marquette City Police, Marquette County Sheriff’s office,
