A Wausaukee man will spend more than 181 years in prison following his conviction on multiple child sexual assault charges in Marinette County.
District Attorney DeShea Morrow announced that Clifton Kirkpatrick was sentenced October 23rd, after a jury found him guilty on seven counts during a two-day trial in August.
Those convictions include two counts of first-degree sexual assault of a child, repeated sexual assault of a child, three counts of incest, and exposing a child to harmful materials.
The crimes occurred between January 2016 and February 2025.
Prosecutors argued for the maximum sentence, citing Kirkpatrick’s refusal to accept responsibility.
The judge sentenced Kirkpatrick to 181-and-a-half years in prison, followed by 102 years of extended supervision.
The District Attorney’s Office thanked the Marinette County Sheriff’s Office and Family Services of Northeast Wisconsin for their assistance in the case.
