Some Marquette Residents To Get New Voter ID Cards

Following the completion of the 2020 Census, the Marquette County Apportionment Commission complete county-level redistricting last fall. The changes adopted by this commission slightly altered the boundaries of Marquette County Commission districts.

Due to this shift, the City Clerk’s office has mailed new Voter ID cards to the roughly 4,000 registered voters whose County Commission District has changed. Citizens registered to vote in City Precincts 4 and 5 should expect to see a new voter ID card in their mailbox in the coming days.
