State Senator Ed McBroom had some visitors on Thursday: the Baraga High School girls basketball team, which was in town for the state semifinal basketball game at the Breslin Center. McBroom gave them a tour of the Capitol building. The Dickinson County Republican often hosts U.P. sports teams who make it to the state finals, doing so for the Escanaba Eskymos softball team last summer.
