The area’s best program for high school students, families, and community members to meet with college representatives is returning to Bay College. Bay College is excited to announce the upcoming annual College Night programs. The first is Sunday, September 11 at the Bay College Escanaba Campus in the Besse Center from 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. ET. The second is Monday, September 12 at the Iron Mountain Campus from 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. CT. College Night provides high school juniors, seniors, families, college students, and interested community members an opportunity to meet and speak with college and military representatives.
Jessica LaMarch, Director of Admissions at Bay College, is excited about the events. “We love bringing this opportunity to our community. It’s a great chance for people to gather information about future options,” said LaMarch. “It’s important to find the right fit for your educational experience, including aspects such as financial obligation, academic requirements, program availability, and institutional personality.”
Between thirty and forty different institutions of higher education from Michigan, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Minnesota and military representatives will be present for the events. The list includes large and small public colleges and universities, private colleges, and armed services opportunities. The state is also sending their Student Financial Services Bureau to assist with information on state college-funding programs.
The following colleges and armed services will be represented at College Nights 2022: Albion College, Alma College, Bay College, Central Michigan University , College for Creative Studies, Concordia University Wisconsin, Douglas J Aveda Institute, Eastern Michigan University, Ferris State University, Grand Valley State University, Indiana Wesleyan University, Lake Superior State University, Lakeland University, Lawrence Technological University, Lawrence University, MI Student Aid, Michigan State University, MSU – Institute of Agricultural Technology, Michigan Technological University, Minnesota North College, North Central Michigan College, Northern Michigan University, NMU Jacobetti Complex, Northwood University, Oakland University, Olivet College, PM School, Ripon College, Saginaw Valley State University, St. Norbert College, Stillman College, University of Michigan, University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire, University of Wisconsin – Green Bay, US Army, and Western Michigan University.
