UP Health System – Bell is pleased to announce its Express Care Clinic expansion to a newly renovated and larger suite located within UP Health System – Bell to help better serve the patients in our community.
UP Health System – Bell Express Care offers and treats the full spectrum of acute and non-life-threatening illnesses and injury services—including influenza, sore throat, fever, immunizations, seasonal allergy injections, minor wounds, sports screenings, COVID-19 testing and more—while in a family-friendly environment. The clinic is staffed by skilled and compassionate nurse practitioners, to ensure the highest level of care is delivered to our patients.
“The expansion of our Express Care Clinic will allow us to offer a more comprehensive walk-in approach to meet the needs of patients in the Upper Peninsula,” stated Michelle Palomaki, regional director of physician practices, UP Health System – Bell. “It will also allow us to have the space to continue offering seasonal allergy injections, as well as COVID-19 testing, with a designated room to accommodate patient exposures and employees.“
